## Description

As a Sales & Operations Assistant - Intern, you will support the Sales & Operations department in regional market steering, operational reporting, and cross-functional coordination across 28 Central and Eastern European markets. You will work closely with Heads of Region, leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting regional business steering across Central and Eastern European markets

- Preparing management presentations, market analyses, sales reports, and operational summaries for internal decision-making

- Consolidating and structuring market data to support performance tracking, business reviews, and regional follow-up activities

- Assisting with operational market inquiries, including coordination with importer markets, internal departments, and Porsche AG stakeholders

- Developing and maintaining Excel- and Power BI-based reporting tools to improve transparency on market performance, vehicle flows, and operational KPIs

- Assisting in process improvement initiatives by identifying reporting gaps, improving data structure, and supporting more efficient workflows within the Sales & Operations team

- Coordinating information flows between regional management, Heads of Region, importer markets, and internal stakeholders to support efficient daily operations

You will gain direct exposure to regional market steering and cross-market business operations, working closely with a diverse and collaborative team.

## Skills

### Required
- Study of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable study
- Fluency in English
- German and regional language skills beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office/VBA
- Proficiency in MS Power BI
- Strong team orientation with independent working attitude
- Strong analytical and communication skills and intercultural understanding

### Nice to have
- First automotive business and/or sales related experience
- DeltaMaster as an advantage
- Tableau beneficial
