## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Laboratory Analyst to join our PGS Biotech Quality Operations team in Savski Marof, Croatia.

As a Quality Control Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for the independent execution of analytical methods, including spectrophotometry, HPLC, and electrophoresis, as well as verification, validation, and transfer of these methods.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting manufacturing activities, release, and stability of biotech drug substances and drug products

- Continuously improving laboratory activities and environment

- Training junior analysts

- Working in shifts, including afternoons, nights, and weekends, depending on production schedules

Requirements:

- University degree in life sciences (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, or similar)

- Hands-on experience with analytical techniques, including spectrophotometry, HPLC, and electrophoresis

- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

- Fluent Croatian and proficient English

- Competency in MS Office applications
