## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Technology Specialist to join our team at 3M. As a Manufacturing Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for technical support of manufacturing lines, start-up of new processes, equipment condition setting, and parameter optimization.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for manufacturing lines and daily production

- Set up new processes, equipment conditions, and optimize parameters

- Stabilize mass production quality, analyze and resolve issues, and improve yield and productivity

- Modify existing equipment, introduce new equipment, and promote automation

- Collaborate with related departments to solve problems

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, especially chemistry, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering

- Native-level Japanese language skills

- English language skills equivalent to TOEIC 600 or higher

- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Valid driver's license for commuting

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in manufacturing technology, quality technology, or film coating

- Practical experience in process improvement or quality stabilization

- Experience with equipment troubleshooting

- Data analysis experience using statistical methods
