## Description

We are seeking a SAP Cloud ERP Public - Delivery Manager to work flexibly across Germany in a hybrid work model. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of customer projects, ensuring a stable operation, and managing teams, budgets, risks, and service quality.

Key responsibilities:

- Project and delivery management: You will manage implementation, transition, and optimization projects for SAP Cloud ERP Public, overseeing scope, time, budget, quality, and risks.

- Transition, hypercare, and operation: You will plan the transition to operation, manage hypercare phases, and coordinate AMS services, service reviews, incident, problem, and escalation management.

- Customer and stakeholder management: You will serve as the central point of contact for customers, facilitate workshops and steering meetings, and provide transparency on status, risks, and action items.

- Business development and offering support: You will support sales opportunities, proposals, and effort estimates with your delivery and operational experience.

Requirements:

- A degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field, with at least six years of relevant experience in SAP cloud projects, ideally in delivery management, project management, or managed services.

- Good understanding of SAP Cloud ERP Public and integrated business processes.

- Experience with SAP Activate, SAP Cloud ALM, ITIL, AMS, transition, hypercare, release management, and testing is beneficial.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work structured, reliably, and solution-oriented.

Nice to know:

- Fluent in German and English (C1 level or equivalent).

- Valid work permit (if required).
