## Description

At Adyen, you will work as a Project Operations Specialist driving the successful implementation of payment, platform, and banking solutions for customers. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience every step of the way.

You will manage customer implementation projects from onboarding through go-live, taking ownership for project progress, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery. You will also coordinate tasks, timelines, and follow-ups across internal and external stakeholders, work closely with customer project and technical teams to support smooth rollouts, and guide merchants on implementation best practices.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing customer implementation projects

- Coordinating tasks and timelines

- Working with customer project and technical teams

- Guiding merchants on implementation best practices

- Preparing for and running customer meetings

- Supporting scalable operational handovers and business-as-usual setup

- Troubleshooting operational issues

- Building foundational expertise across Adyen's products and operational processes

- Contributing operational feedback to improve project execution and customer experience

Requirements:

- Experience in project coordination or delivery, operations, customer-facing roles, or technical project environments

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills

- Fluency in French and English required, additional European languages a plus

- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally where required
