## Description

This position collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Guidewire-based technical solutions that support complex business initiatives.

The role acts as a knowledgeable resource to provide system-level views of technology and devise technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

- Engage with cross-functional business stakeholders and technical teams to understand and address complex initiatives

- Lead multiple technical projects simultaneously, prioritizing and coordinating solution engineering efforts across teams and initiatives

- Develop and refine technical designs to meet business requirements for complex Guidewire solutions

- Collaborate with developers, Agile Release Trains, and DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines

- Supervise, guide, coach, and manage the performance of direct reports

- Foster a high-performance culture where excellence is standard and innovation is actively encouraged

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in solution engineering, software development, systems architecture, or related

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire products such as PolicyCenter with Advanced Product Designer and Jutro Digital Platform

- Guidewire PolicyCenter Professional certification
