## Description

Anduril Industries' Sentry Manufacturing team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong NPI experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI) to transition electromechanical products from prototype to high-volume production.

Responsibilities:

- Optimize design for manufacturability/assembly and supply chain scalability

- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes

- Lead and coordinate projects to install new manufacturing systems

- Leverage automation and integrated workflows to streamline manufacturing processes

- Develop process flows and write documentation required for successful manufacturing at scale

- Work with contract manufacturers and travel to suppliers as needed

- Contribute to end-customer hardware mechanical or electrical design

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments

Requirements:

- Degree in a technical field such as engineering, math, or a hard science

- 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware

- Demonstrated ability to creatively deliver electromechanical hardware in a resource-constrained environment

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in configuration management and change control process

- Must be a U.S. Person

Preferred Qualifications:

- Demonstrated success in scaling product testing and production

- Hands-on experience with software and firmware flashing or end-of-line testing and troubleshooting

- Experience with large-scale high-mix manufacturing

- Prior experience working with JIRA, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, or Oracle
