## Description

You will join the Martin Audio Product Support Group (PSG) and work directly alongside product support engineers.

The role involves hands-on technical support work including system design, product demonstrations, and customer-facing applications advice.

Responsibilities:

- Design operationally optimum systems using proprietary in-house simulation software

- Present system designs to sales and/or customers

- Provide information for inclusion in tender documents

- Offer applications advice and first-line support

- Conduct product demonstrations

- Liaise with Sales and Engineering over new product designs

- Identify and report sales opportunities

- Support visitors during exhibitions and other marketing events

- Report on product performance strengths and weaknesses

As you progress:

- On-site support of Martin Audio concert PA systems

- On-site commissioning of projects

- Liaise with and advise audio consultants

- Organise and present training, internally and externally

Requirements:

- Degree in Acoustics, Audio Engineering, Audio Technology, or a closely related subject

- Good knowledge of sound system acoustics and problem-solving skills

- Experience with modern DSP and amplifier platforms, and familiarity with measurement systems such as EASE, SMAART, or Systune, will be an advantage
