## About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Integrations team. You will design, build, and maintain integrations across SaaS applications used throughout our organisation.

## Responsibilities

- Take integration work from concept through implementation: requirements, technical specs, development, testing, and deployment

- Identify where AI/LLM-based approaches can improve integration design, delivery speed, or operational support

- Build and/or extend internal AI tooling that supports the team's engineering and BAU workflows

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions

- Contribute to how the team evaluates, adopts, and governs AI tooling responsibly

- Lead larger initiatives and own integration/ui/mcp projects, including AI-tooling initiatives, end to end

## Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience

- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go strongly preferred; Python/TypeScript also considered)

- Demonstrated experience using AI/LLM tools to build real solutions

- Experience working with internal stakeholders to solve business problems through integration or automation solutions

- Experience building RESTful APIs with proper service security practices

- Experience with observability tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, Kibana, or similar)

- Working familiarity with containerized/cloud environments (Kubernetes, or equivalent cloud-native experience)

- Experience with serverless computing platform (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Azure Functions, or Cloudflare Workers)

- Experience with GitLab or other CI/CD tooling

## Nice to Have

- Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)

- Experience with prompt engineering, evals, or AI guardrail/governance practices

- Experience with business systems such as Oracle or NetSuite

- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment

- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence

- Familiarity with integration patterns (pub/sub, api-first, CDM, batch processing)

- Experience with PostgreSQL

- Experience with Cloudflare Developer Platform (Workers, Workflows, D1, etc.)
