## Description

We are seeking a Charge Nurse to join our team at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood. As a Charge Nurse, you will support the team in providing high-quality care and support to people within this complex care setting, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Delegate nursing tasks to Nurses working in the unit and coordinate with other teams

- Monitor service users' conditions and respond to changes

- Supervise other members within the team's unit and provide guidance and support

- Make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation

- Be liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, with effective communication and collaboration

**Requirements:**

- A relevant nursing qualification

- NMC registration

- Experience working with patients with EUPD or ASD

- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate

- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice

- Relevant experience in a similar environment

- Proven track record of leadership skills
