## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Coordinator - Inventory to join our team at 3M Indianapolis, IN. As a Manufacturing Coordinator - Inventory, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

**Your Skills and Expertise**

- Coordinate and conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and other inventory-related processes as required by the business.

- Perform on-site cycle counts and physical inventory counts.

- Assist with physical counts of outsourced inventories.

- Execute virtual transactions for outsourced inventories.

- Partner with site employees to ensure proper counting methods and accurate reporting practices.

**Required Qualifications**

- High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start).

- Six (6) months to one (1) year of related work experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment in a private, government or military environment.

- Must be flexible to work schedules, shifts, overtime, and weekends as required to support business needs.

**Additional Qualifications**

- Experience reviewing and analyzing inventory reports, including variance reports and other inventory-related documentation, with a high degree of accuracy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Access.

- Experience using SAP to support inventory management, production, or warehouse operations.
