## Description

We are seeking a Commercial Transformation & Capabilities Intern to join our SparkLight Interns Program 2027. As a global leader in alcoholic beverages, Diageo is a dynamic and vibrant organisation where passion, innovation, and legacy come together to create something exceptional.

The purpose of this role is to support strategic transformation projects and commercial capability development, contributing to the design and implementation of initiatives that help our teams and partners execute more simply, consistently, and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the design and implementation of the Commercial Capability System, including content creation, assessments, learning journeys, boot camps, and tracking.

- Coordinate capability-building initiatives, including logistics, population management, communications, materials, and measurement.

- Assist with projects on operational models and new ways of working.

- Support the construction and coordination of commercial functional onboarding, ensuring a structured experience that enables different populations to develop the necessary knowledge and fundamentals to operate.

- Help track and analyse the Sales Incentive Plan, including data consolidation, indicator monitoring, compliance, and preparation of decision-making materials.

- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress and delivery of results.

**Requirements:**

- Final-year students in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Business, or related fields, with an interest in transformation, strategy, and organisational development.

- Strong organisational and execution skills.

- Analytical thinking and ability to structure information.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.

- Ability to mobilise stakeholders and track progress.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- English language skills.
