## Description

Mastercard is seeking a FI Solution Sales Director to drive Commercial revenue across Europe. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial payments and business development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing business opportunities with large national, regional, and global companies

- Partnering with issuers' Large Market Corporate sales teams to drive incremental volume

- Establishing close working relationships with stakeholders throughout Mastercard and partner organizations

- Building in-depth corporate payments insight to identify and pursue opportunities

- Creating market sales plans with clear objectives and KPIs

- Managing and growing corporate sales pipeline for both T&E and B2B spend

The ideal candidate will have:

- 10+ years of experience in the industry

- Excellent commercial payments experience and knowledge

- A track record of being a trusted advisor with a proven consultative business development approach

- Deep understanding of B2B payment flows and business needs

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
