## Description

We are seeking an Associate Specialist to support the daily operations of our payment processes, ensuring accurate documented data.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist in daily operational tasks, collating data on payout partners, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Monitor transaction flows to identify and address issues promptly

- Identify and resolve payment-related issues and discrepancies, escalating complex cases as needed

- Accurately enter and maintain transaction data in relevant systems

- Assist customer service teams with payment-related inquiries and escalations, providing timely and accurate information

- Perform specific and time-boxed tasks in support of business goals to deliver new existing products

- Draft and contribute to the development of internal and external implementation documents and process flows

- Support initiatives aimed at improving payment processes and operational efficiency

**Experiences and Qualifications:**

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Professional working proficiency in English, with effective communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payment operations, payment processing, banking back-office operations, or financial services operations

- Experience in the payments industry, particularly in cross-border payments, international money transfers, or remittance services, is highly desirable

- Experience working in banks, fintechs, payment processors, or other financial institutions is preferred

- Availability to work from the office at least 3 days per week
