## Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our operations in South Korea.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and inventory cycle for finished goods and advertising materials, driving and continuously improving the S&OP process, and ensuring alignment with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing stock levels to meet target levels and minimise shortages, obsolescence, and product damage

- Overseeing warehousing, transportation, order fulfilment, and customer service to achieve agreed service levels and cost targets

- Leading relationships with third-party logistics, warehousing, and distribution partners

- Preparing clear and timely KPI, S&OP, budget, month-end, and management reporting for local and regional stakeholders

- Coaching, developing, and engaging direct reports and Operations stakeholders

- Championing health and safety in operational activities, projects, and partner reviews

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an operations or supply chain role with responsibility for logistics, warehousing, distribution, planning, and customer service

- Experience in a high-volume international FMCG environment

- Demonstrated ability to deliver service, cost, inventory, and operational performance against KPIs and SLAs

- Strong relationship and partner-management skills across internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and 3PL providers

- People leadership, coaching, and team-development capability

- Strong commercial, numerical, and analytical skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel capability

- Experience with S&OP, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, tenders, and supplier negotiations

- Project management and continuous-improvement experience, with a practical and proactive problem-solving approach
