## Description

We are looking for an Account Development Representative based onsite at HPE headquarters in Spring, Texas. As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold and warm calling prospects, setting qualified meetings, and converting marketing leads into opportunities. You will work closely with leadership, training support, and team partnership in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Cold and warm calling prospects to create continuous opportunity for HPE

- Educating potential customers on HPE portfolio

- Setting qualified meetings and converting marketing leads into opportunities

- Working closely with Inside/Field sales reps and channel resellers

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree, preferred

- 1-3 years previous sales experience

- Ability to work onsite at HPE headquarters in Spring, Texas

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to conceptualize and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

- Time management and task prioritization skills

**Sample KPIs:**

- 50 customer calls per day

- 50 customer emails per day

- 10 opportunities created per month

- 3 opportunities qualified per week

- Lead management and SLA execution

- Continual sustaining training
