### About the Role

As a Student Marketeer with Red Bull at Nile University, you will be part of a dynamic brand and product ambassador program. You will represent Red Bull on your university campus and in your region, driving the brand image and product understanding among students.

The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on a student level. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.

### Responsibilities

#### Be a Brand and Product Ambassador

- Represent the Red Bull brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.

- Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling.

- Build and execute an insight-driven plan to engage and excite students while bringing the brand to life.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals.

- Drive brand engagement on social media using authentic content.

#### Be a Sales Expert

- Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.

- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond.

- Leverage relevant Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.

- Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.

#### Executional Excellence

- Deliver executional excellence and attention to detail in all areas of your role.

- Maintain and upkeep all Student Marketeer tools to ensure a premium brand image.

- Plan and report your activities via the dedicated online platform in a timely and accurate manner.

- Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interactions.

### Experience

- A second or third-year student.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.

- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people.

- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region.

- Encompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.

- Ability to manage part-time work and studies, available to work some evenings and weekends.

- An affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales.

- Connected with a variety of influential groups and individuals on campus.

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.

- Must have a valid driving license.
