Join us as we redefine how 100,000+ associates connect, collaborate, and get work done at Capital One. As the Director of Product Management for Enterprise Collaboration, you will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for shaping the future of our enterprise collaboration ecosystem and bringing AI-powered experiences into the tools associates use every day.

You will focus on three priority areas:

Enable teams to seamlessly take AI-generated prototypes, interactive tools, and technical documentation from local environments to production-ready enterprise artifacts with zero deployment overhead.

You will partner closely with Product, Technology, Design, Risk, and Cybersecurity leaders to translate strategy into execution and deliver simple, intuitive experiences at enterprise scale.
