## Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Aruba Courseware Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will create customer-focused content for HPE Networking's products and solutions, including comprehensive concepts, examples, tasks, and reference information. They will also lead technical documentation projects and collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain customer-facing content

- Produce a range of deliverables, including concepts, tasks, in-product content, installation instructions, illustrations, video scripts, and course modules

- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand customer needs

- Analyze specifications and product descriptions to recommend the best learning approach

- Learn the customer experience through hands-on usage of networking products

- Follow established style and process guidelines to ensure consistency and completeness

Minimum Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical content

- 5+ years of experience producing technical content

- BA/BS in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or related degree/networking certification or comparable experience

- Good understanding of technology concepts such as cloud computing, automation, networking, data centers, security

- Ability to research complex technical concepts independently and collaboratively

- Familiarity with XML authoring, content management, and courseware development tools

- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to utilize AI tools to scale content creation

Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with network technologies, including routing, switching, security, network automation, virtual machines, containers, and cloud-services

- Familiarity with DITA/XML authoring principles and content management concepts

- Familiarity with Markdown and MS PowerPoint for authoring content

- Familiarity with program management methodologies and systems such as Agile and JIRA

- Industry network certifications
