Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. At Razer, we build products for gamers by gamers. We are seeking a highly driven and Strategic Account Director to lead and expand one of our most important retail partnerships with Target.

The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, market share, and long-term strategic collaboration with Target across Razer's portfolio of gaming peripherals, lifestyle products, and exclusive retail initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the overall business relationship with Target and serving as the primary sales lead for the account

- Developing and executing annual and quarterly account plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives

- Leading demand forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory management activities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders

- Securing and managing purchase orders, promotional commitments, and retail program execution

- Driving effective promotional planning and merchandising strategies to maximize sell-through and category performance

- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and presenting strategic business updates to senior leadership

- Managing credit, MDF, and trade investment administration to ensure operational excellence and ROI accountability

- Maintaining deep expertise in all aspects of the Target business model, systems, merchandising processes, and organizational structure

- Monitoring competitive activity, category trends, and emerging consumer opportunities to identify growth initiatives

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial execution background, product marketing intuition, cross-functional leadership, and strategic planning capabilities.
