### Cornwall Store Manager Opportunities

Morrisons is seeking experienced Store Managers to lead teams in Cornwall, focusing on customer-centric culture, team leadership, and business performance. As a Store Manager, you will report directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for:

- Setting the culture: creating an inclusive environment where colleagues feel supported and valued

- Leading from the front: spending time on the shop floor, coaching the team, and maintaining high standards

- Developing future talent: building a strong succession plan by coaching and mentoring the management team

- Driving sales and standards: ensuring the store is safe, legal, and clean, while analysing commercial data to spot opportunities

We're looking for experienced food retail Store Managers who are passionate about leading people, driving change, and running a great store. You'll need:
