## Description

We are seeking a Fuel Cell Development Engineer to join our growing Hydrogen & Fuel Cell team. You will contribute to developing advanced fuel cell and hydrogen energy systems, supporting projects from concept development through system design, integration, validation, and industrial implementation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Define and develop system and subsystem requirements, functional architectures, and system layouts for fuel cell and hydrogen energy systems.

- Develop process concepts, Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), functional P&IDs, heat and mass balances, and operating strategies.

- Perform system modelling and simulation of electrochemical energy systems using 0D/1D methods.

- Derive component requirements and evaluate technical supplier data for fuel cell stacks and balance-of-plant components.

- Support industrial plant engineering and system integration activities.

- Analyze test data and correlate simulation and measurement results.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in technical design reviews.

- Prepare technical reports and maintain technical documentation.

**Profile:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering, process engineering, or related areas.

- Experience with industrial process plants, hydrogen technologies, fuel cells, or similarly complex technical systems.

- Knowledge of requirements engineering, system architecture development, and verification planning is advantageous.

- Familiarity with PFDs, P&IDs, and process design methodologies.

- Experience with engineering and simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink or AVL CRUISE M.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
