## Description

We are seeking an Uppdragsansvarig VA to join our team in Karlstad, Sweden. As Uppdragsansvarig VA, you will have a central role in our projects, supporting technical leaders and designers throughout the project process. You will contribute to creating structure, coordination, and progress in both smaller and larger projects, focusing on delivering high quality and good customer benefit.

You will work closely with colleagues within VA and other technical areas and participate in the development of tender documents, construction documents, and technical solutions for municipal and private customers. You will serve as an important link between different parties in the project and contribute with both technical understanding and project management overview.

To be successful in this role, you should have a relevant post-secondary education and several years of experience in leading roles in VA projects. You should have a good understanding of the design process and enjoy a coordinating role where you can support and create conditions for technical leaders, designers, and other project members to succeed.
