## Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to develop, lead, and execute procurement and sourcing strategies for assigned categories, materials, and services.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute procurement strategies to align with business objectives

- Identify and deliver cost savings, value creation, and process improvement opportunities

- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including supplier selection and contract execution

- Establish and manage supplier relationship strategies to optimize performance and mitigate risk

- Serve as primary escalation point for supplier performance issues

- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and scorecards

- Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to understand business requirements

- Provide market intelligence and category insights to support strategic planning

- Lead procurement initiatives to reduce total supply chain costs and improve service reliability

- Partner with Risk Management, Quality, Operations, and Legal to identify and mitigate risks

- Ensure commercial agreements and contracts accurately reflect negotiated terms

- Drive supplier development efforts to improve capabilities and quality

- Analyze spend data and procurement trends to identify opportunities

- Develop reporting and dashboards to monitor savings and procurement effectiveness

- Lead or support cross-functional projects related to procurement transformation

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements

- Mentor and coach procurement team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field

- 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or a related area

- Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing supplier relationships

- Proven ability to manage procurement projects and drive results

- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain operations

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to analyze data and make informed business recommendations

- Experience working with systems and tools such as SAP, Ariba, and Excel
