## Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager - BIL to join our team in Mumbai, Nirlon Knowledge Park. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the acquisition of target clientele across business instalment loan segments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Increase acquisition of target clientele across business instalment loan segments

- Responsible for new business acquisition through open market

- Build and strengthen strong network of direct sales agencies in the market

- Manage and expand existing network of at least 10 DSAs

- Strong DSA management and new DSA empanelment skills

**Requirements:**

- In-depth knowledge of Product and Policy

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Market update and knowledge

- Awareness and information about the competition

- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity
