## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to work nights at our store in Street, Somerset. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is ready for the day ahead, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Prepare the store for the day ahead by filling shelves and ensuring the workspace is tidy

- Collect and move stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor

- Work across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas

- Use equipment, handsets, and digital systems to complete tasks accurately and safely

- Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues when needed

- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service

- Ability to work in a physically demanding role and adapt to the disruption of working overnight

- Committed team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

**Availability:**

- Part-time role with 12 contract hours per week

- Fixed-term assignment until 01/09/2027

- Availability window: Sunday, Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 03:00 to 08:00
