## Description

As a Loss Prevention Officer at Marriott Hotels in Hong Kong, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Patrolling all areas of the property and assisting guests with room access

- Monitoring CCTV systems, perimeter alarm systems, duress alarms, and fire life safety systems

- Conducting daily physical hazard inspections and responding to accidents or emergencies

- Providing first aid or CPR as needed and reporting incidents to relevant parties

- Defusing guest or employee disturbances and escorting unwelcome persons from the property

- Conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and completing incident reports

- Maintaining confidentiality of security and property reports

You will also be expected to:

- Follow company policies and procedures, including reporting accidents and injuries

- Complete safety training and certifications

- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals

- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

The ideal candidate will have:

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
