## Description

We are seeking a Summer Analyst to join our Research team. As a Summer Analyst, you will actively contribute to the Research business by conducting financial analysis and delivering insights that support senior colleagues in producing differentiated content for clients.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct financial industry analysis on covered companies and the broader sector to support the team’s investment thesis.

- Research sector trends that may impact company/sector recommendations.

- Update financial models of covered companies from information obtained through company conference calls and press releases as well as other sources.

- Assist with sector notes and reports on companies and industries followed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Cultivate relationships across the Research Department to foster knowledge-sharing and best practices.

**Analyst Expectations**

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.

- Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned area of expertise.

- Thorough understanding of underlying principles and concepts within area of expertise.

- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources.

**Requirements**

- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 – June 2028.

- Ideally, a GPA of 3.2 or above.

- Strong interest in business and finance.
