## Description

At Adyen, the Account Management team plays a crucial role in the company's growth and success, expanding the Adyen brand globally.

As an Account Manager, you will manage relationships with innovative international merchants across multiple industries and channels, working on cross-functional initiatives and projects in a fast-paced environment with high autonomy.

Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying new opportunities, and driving mutual success for Adyen and its customers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with your team and working individually with strategic merchants

- Building trust with merchants to minimize churn and develop strong partnerships

- Proactively spotting opportunities and driving commercial discussions to help grow merchant accounts and meet financial targets

- Prioritizing and managing short-term and long-term projects across multiple accounts

- Serving as a feedback loop for customers internally and leveraging your network to improve Adyen's product and merchant experience

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing/commercial role, selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services (specifically payments)

- Full professional written and verbal proficiency in French and English

- Hybrid workplace with some domestic and international travel required
