## Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Infusion team at Fairbourne in West Valley. As a professional caregiver, you will assume responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients.

**Essential Functions:**

- Assess patients' physical, social, and psychological status

- Plan and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

- Implement care plans and delegate tasks as necessary

- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed

- Promote the nursing profession and participate in the development of others

**Requirements:**

- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Utah

- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers

- RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four years of their hire date

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)

- >1 year of licensed RN experience

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ongoing need to see and read information, labels, and assess patient needs

- Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require verbal communication and hearing

- Manual dexterity to manipulate complex and delicate equipment

- Ability to lift and transfer patients, bend to retrieve supplies and equipment, and walk and assist with transporting patients
