## Description

We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team in Union, New Jersey. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

Responsibilities include:

- Reconciling patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines

- Verifying insurance coverage and securing prior authorizations

- Coordinating physician referrals and optimizing schedules

- Maintaining relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

- Obtaining authorization and/or prior authorization

- Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly

Requirements:

- High School or GED diploma

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare

- Spanish speaking required

Schedule: Part Time, Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours

Pay Range: $17
