## Description

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join our team in the Philippines. As a full-time employee, you will primarily focus on recruiting and placing 1099 independent contractors for various client projects across multiple industries.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their workforce needs and source, screen, and place 1099 talent. Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with internal teams and external clients to understand their staffing needs for independent contractors

- Utilizing various recruiting platforms to find qualified 1099 talent

- Assessing candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the role

- Guiding 1099 contractors through the hiring process, from offer to contract execution

- Maintaining regular communication with 1099 talent and addressing any issues that arise

- Ensuring that 1099 contractors understand and comply with all tax, legal, and compliance requirements

- Staying informed about industry trends and compensation benchmarks for 1099 talent

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Bachelor's degree

- At least 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience

- Previous experience recruiting 1099 contractors

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in MS Office products and Workday Recruiting

- Experience with candidate sourcing using internet tools such as LinkedIn and job boards
