## Description

We are seeking an Operations Implementation & Solution Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of operational and system implementation initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead end-to-end delivery of operational and system implementation initiatives.

- Drive requirement gathering, business analysis, process design, solution assessment, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure business requirements are aligned with operational principles, regulatory requirements, and customer experience objectives.

- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions to optimize service delivery.

**Business Analysis & Requirement Management**

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to capture business requirements.

- Review and challenge solution designs to ensure completeness, operational feasibility, and scalability.

- Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, gap analyses, and operational procedures.

- Support business sign-off activities and ensure proper governance throughout project lifecycles.

**Operational Readiness & Change Management**

- Develop operational readiness plans for new products, system implementations, and business initiatives.

- Coordinate training, communication, procedure updates, and post-implementation support.

- Ensure impacts to frontline operations are understood and adequately managed.

- Drive smooth transition from project implementation to BAU operations.
