## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Scientific Assistant to join our Employment Law team in Frankfurt from February 2027. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects, including organisational restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and employment law disputes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support our experts in employment law on various projects, including corporate and company restructurings, transactional advisory services for corporate restructurings and M&A processes, collective employment law, employment law compliance, occupational pensions, representation before labour courts and in disputes with organs before regular courts, management and board matters, and design of remuneration systems, particularly in regulated industries

- Collaborate closely with our team of experts in employment law to deliver high-quality advice to clients

- Contribute to the development of our practice and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in employment law

**Requirements:**

- Excellent academic achievements in law or a related field

- Strong understanding of economic principles and excellent English language skills

- Personality, teamwork, and motivation are essential for success in this role

- Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months, 3 days a week
