## Description

## Responsibilities

We're looking for an Off Premise Sales & Trade Marketing Graduate to join our team.

You will be responsible for supporting Key Account Managers in creating compelling decks for customer meetings and internal best-practice sharing. Your role will also involve analysing multiple data sources and translating findings into actionable insights for presentations and negotiations. Additionally, you will assist in the annual planning process by gathering information, preparing feedback, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

Your skills will be put to the test in the following areas:

- Data Analytics: You will be required to analyse multiple data sources and translate findings into actionable insights for presentations and negotiations.

- Presentations & Customer Sells: You will support Key Account Managers in creating compelling decks for customer meetings and internal best-practice sharing.

- Meeting Coordination: You will organise internal and external meetings, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange across teams.

- Business Planning Support: You will assist in the annual planning process by gathering information, preparing feedback, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, a flexible and adaptable attitude, and a team player with a hands-on approach. You should also be fluent in Japanese and English (verbal and written).

Travel is expected to be minimal, approximately 0-10%.
