## Description

As Night Manager, you'll lead, empower, and support our night shift colleagues at our Skegness store. You'll report directly to the Store Manager, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently through the night. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading with care: Supporting and inspiring your team to put customers first, ensuring the store is fully stocked and ready for trade every morning.

- Managing your team: Taking ownership of department scheduling, attendance, and resource planning.

- Developing your team: Training, coaching, and building confidence across your colleagues.

- Driving performance and standards: Working collaboratively with other store managers to deliver against targets, manage stock availability, and keep your department running safely and effectively.
