As a Warehouse Operator at FUCHS, you'll work in a safety-first, team-oriented environment where your attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly matter. The salary range for this position is $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Safely operating forklifts or pallet jacks to retrieve and move packaging materials

- Labelling and filling packaging items in compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA standards

- Accurately measuring and weighing chemicals into designated containers, following detailed instructions

- Scanning packaging items, loading trucks, and managing inventory using company systems

- Completing batch tickets and manufacturing logs to ensure full compliance with company policies

- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area at all times

- Reporting any damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly

- Supporting other duties and special projects as assigned

To qualify, you'll need:

- A High School Diploma or equivalent

- 2+ years of manufacturing experience

- Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain a safe, clean workspace

- Good judgement and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment

- Ability to operate a sit-down forklift (training provided)

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods

- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, from hot to cold
