## Description

Join the Porsche team at our Würzburg centre as an Assistant Service/Host.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide a warm welcome and ensure a seamless service experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers personally and over the phone

- Creating a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area

- Presenting the Porsche brand in a stylish manner

- Informing customers about current offers and services

- Supporting administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data

- Planning appointments and coordinating daily schedules

- Managing customer service vehicles

- Explaining service invoices

- Engaging in the sale of Porsche lifestyle products

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A completed commercial training programme or equivalent qualification

- Several years of experience in the automotive industry

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- A valid driving licence (Class B)
