## Description

We are seeking a Pensions Business Change Manager to support a high-profile transformation programme within a complex pensions and regulated environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing change projects, developing and managing project plans, communicating with stakeholders, and facilitating change management activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing change projects within the organisation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and to the required quality standards

- Developing and managing project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for change projects

- Communicating with stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners

- Facilitating change management activities, including training and communication

- Creating reports on project progress to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering business change within a pensions environment, change management and change impact assessment experience, senior stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.

Essential skills:

- Experience delivering business change within pensions environment

- Change management and change impact assessment experience

- Senior stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills

- Experience developing change frameworks, stakeholder communications and executive-level materials

Highly valued skills:

- Direct pensions experience in financial services environment
