As a Senior Capture Artist, you will lead and capture footage for EAFC (Mobile and Gen 5) projects that will be used for marketing and promotional content. A Senior Capture Artist is an expert in the game and the tools used to capture, with experience leading and managing projects. You have extensive knowledge of the franchise, the culture of FC and soccer, and an understanding of cinematic camera language.

Responsibilities:

- Lead capture projects for FC Mobile and Premium.

- Plan and complete medium to large-sized projects and lead captures with additional Capture Artists to accomplish shots.

- Play FC and capture gameplay clips from the game for marketing and social media use.

- Achieve the best results while working within the confines of unfinished technology.

- Communicate any issues with leads to determine the best way to adjust capture to achieve the visual goal for the asset.

- Create and improve asset management tools.

- Work with Leads & Supervisors to create and organize trackers across multiple projects.

- Communicate with Leads & Supervisors and production partners on project status, blockers, and timelines.

Requirements:

- Experienced gamer with a specialty in the EAFC franchise (Gen 5 and Mobile).

- Deep knowledge of both the EAFC franchise and soccer is a must.

- 1–3 years of game capture experience is a must.

- Proficient in PC use and current-generation video game consoles.

- 1–3 years of managing projects is a must.

- Ability to focus on multiple projects and tasks in group settings under high pressure.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

PAY RANGES \\\* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) \\*$77,700 - $107,900 CAD

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
