As a Stock Assistant and Brand Ambassador, you'll work at the forefront of our business, ensuring our products are fresh, and maintaining our visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.

You'll support with processing deliveries, stock rotation, and waste management, while being an excellent team player who's passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic about showcasing our beautiful products.

With in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you'll be a Lush Ambassador representing our ethics and values to our customers, playing a crucial part in ensuring the ultimate experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness standards

- Maintaining shop floor stock levels during our busiest time of the year

- Processing deliveries

- Adherence to our freshness policy and stock rotation

- Waste management

- Stocktakes

- Maintaining high levels of organisation in the stockroom and back of house areas

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**

- Teamwork: collaborating with team members to achieve store goals

- Communication: strong verbal communication skills to engage customers

- Adaptability: ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure
