You will work in the Automotive Industry Support GmbH (AIS), which manufactures cockpits and front and rear axles for Ford vehicle models. Your task will be to investigate and develop automation concepts in cockpit manufacturing and support an automation concept for a translator in axle manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate and develop an automation concept in cockpit manufacturing as part of a mandatory internship

- Support an automation concept regarding a translator in axle manufacturing

- Learn about applicable occupational safety standards and automation standards for cockpit and axle manufacturing in collaboration with the team

- Work with production areas and central organisations such as process engineering, maintenance, and occupational safety

- Based on your results, a specification for implementing the automation project could be created

Qualifications:

- Your studies have an engineering background and you are interested in automation projects

- You have a good technical understanding

- You work well in an agile environment

- You are communicative, motivated, and think solution-oriented

- You are fluent in English and German, both in writing and speaking

- You are familiar with Excel and PowerPoint
