## Description

We are seeking a motivated and organised Marketing Experience Intern to join our team in Bragança Paulista, Brazil.

As a Marketing Experience Intern, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing activities, including operational and administrative tasks, financial management, contract management, and project support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting operational and administrative routines in the Marketing area

- Preparing meeting minutes, monitoring action plans, and contributing to governance and standardisation of processes

- Assisting with supplier registration and homologation, budget requests, quotations, and purchasing activities

- Monitoring provisions, invoices, financial documentation, and other administrative flows

- Supporting contract submission, tracking, and archiving, as well as stock and inventory control

- Providing operational support for projects, events, brand activations, and Marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in a related field

- Previous experience in administrative activities, event organisation, process control, or project support (academic, extracurricular, or professional)

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills

- Effective verbal and written communication

- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic or intermediate English language skills
