We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate for our Pathway Program, a paid program that launches your career in financial services. You will be paid while studying for your SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses and learning the job through hands-on, on-the-job training.

As a member of this team, you will be the company's voice and use exceptional empathy and product expertise to ensure our users feel understood and valued. Your job is not only to help our customers but also to help us learn as a company from each interaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience for customers through chat, email, and phone channels

- Drive continuous improvement to delight customers by acting as the voice of the customer

- Grow your financial services expertise as you develop proficiency in a range of financial concepts

**Requirements:**

- Self-starter and ambitious learner

- Bachelor’s degree or experience working in the financial services industry preferred

- Ready to demonstrate commitment and resilience over 26 weeks

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to quickly defuse customer anxiety through exceptional customer service skills

- Schedule flexibility

- Existing FINRA SIE license preferred

- Experience working in a customer support environment preferred
