## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented lawyer to join our Banking Supervision team in Germany.

As a lawyer in our Banking Supervision practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues affecting banks, financial institutions, payment institutions, and investment funds.

Our Banking Supervision practice is part of our Banking and Financial Law group, which advises clients across the globe on all aspects of banking and financial law.

Responsibilities:

- Work on regulatory and compliance issues affecting banks and financial institutions

- Provide advice on European banking union, fintech, and payment services regulations

- Collaborate with colleagues across different offices and time zones

Requirements:

- At least satisfactory completion of the first state examination in law at a German university

- Very good English language skills

- Interest in economic and financial matters

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
