## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Taguig, Philippines. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle moderately complex customer inquiries and complaints, provide import/export support, and prepare qualitative and quantitative service reports.

**Main Responsibilities**

- Handle moderately complex customer inquiries and complaints

- Provide import/export support including regulatory and classification guidance

- Prepare moderately complex qualitative and quantitative service reports

- Identify patterns to improve service levels and customer satisfaction

- Manage AOG or line stop situations more independently

- Meet KPIs, SLAs, and supports compliance requirements

- Provide flexible support for urgent or ad hoc customer, business, or company operational requirements outside regular working hours when necessary

**Requirements**

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, or IT

- Meets JG7 baseline education requirements

- Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, CRM tools, and MS Office

- Stronger analytical and problem-solving skills

- Capable of training others

- Able to manage change and work across diverse geographies and business processes

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Higher proficiency expected in analytics and system expertise

- More experience handling moderately complex customer situations is preferred
