## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

You'll work part-time, with varying shifts including Sundays, Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 14:00 to 22:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various store areas
