Here's your chance to join Porsche. Porsche Zentrum Niederbayern is looking for an Assistant to the Management/Marketing Responsible to strengthen our team. Our goal is to continue our success and provide our customers with the best possible service.

As Assistant to the Management/Marketing Responsible, you will support the management in operational, planning, and conceptual tasks. You will create evaluations, presentations, and decision-making bases for the management. You will also organize and coordinate administrative and organizational processes.

Your tasks will include:

- Creating evaluations, presentations, and decision-making bases for the management

- Organizing and coordinating administrative and organizational processes

- Participating in the planning, control, and implementation of marketing measures

- Ensuring compliance with CI guidelines and Porsche brand standards

- Planning, organizing, and managing events, actions, and advertising materials

- Creating content and managing and developing our social media channels

Requirements:

- Completed commercial education or comparable qualification

- Several years of experience in a comparable position (automotive industry, premium or luxury brand, e.g. hotel industry)

- Secure handling of common MS Office applications

- Structured, independent, and reliable working style

- Organizational strength and high level of discretion

- Safe and sympathetic appearance and pronounced customer orientation
