## Description

As our Associate Director, Client Transition Mgr., Prime Brokerage, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding of hedge fund and institutional clients.

You will work closely alongside the Prime Origination Sales and Product Sales teams to gather client requirements and handle multiple cases simultaneously with various HSBC teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with external clients at all levels

- Providing regular updates and managing client expectations throughout the onboarding process

- Contributing to the profitability and growth of the Prime Brokerage client base

- Delivering excellent client experience and cross-selling the firm's products

- Developing HSBC's product and platform to meet client requirements

- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients utilising industry knowledge

- Ensuring fair treatment of customers and maintaining the orderly operation of financial markets

- Adhering to local regulatory policies and internal controls

You'll likely have the following skills to succeed in this role:

- Front office certification

- Current Prime Brokerage experience, preferably within a front office Client Transition role

- Understanding of the hedge fund landscape

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment

- Detail-oriented and process-driven approach
