## Description

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to lead our logistics operations in Pune. As a Fleet Manager at Swiggy, you will be responsible for managing a team of 120-150 Pickup and Delivery Partners on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and improving Pickup and Delivery Partner efficiency

- Maintaining attendance and ensuring timely deliveries

- Conducting training and field audits to improve customer experience

- Managing voluntary attrition and providing feedback to partners

- Ensuring excellent customer experience by solving order-level escalations

Requirements:

- Prior experience in process design and operations implementation

- 2-3 years of experience in managing blue-collar workers

- Ability to converse in local languages

- Entrepreneurial attitude and attention to detail

- Customer service skills and ability to maintain high levels of service
